Sentry
Connect Sentry through OAuth so Mogplex agents can read issues, events, and traces and fix the errors they find.
Connect Sentry to let agents look up the error behind a bug report, read stack traces and events, and then fix the code in the same run.

Connect
- Open Connections → Integrations.
- Under Quick Add — MCP Presets, select + Add on Sentry, then Connect.
- Sign in to Sentry, choose the organization, and approve.
- Back in Mogplex, test the saved connection and confirm that it lists tools.
The write scopes let agents update issues, for example to resolve or assign them. To keep agents read-only, set the connection to Ask before running tools and approve calls in Control.

Troubleshooting

| The organization is missing | The Sentry account that approved the connection is not a member of it. Reconnect with the right account. |
| Tools stopped working | The authorization expired or was revoked. Reconnect from Connections. |
